I have been in the beauty and wellness industry since 1989, working as an Aesthetician and Alternative therapist for over thirty years and as a Hairdressing and beauty teacher for the past eight.

I have always been intrigued by the benefits of essential oils for health and beauty. Apart from having a pleasant smell, they can provide physical and emotional benefits by inhalation or direct application to the skin.
