Ingredients: Eucalyptus, Ravensara and Peppermint

Indications: Congested nose, sinus, aids breathing

Use: In a bath, soles of feet, palms of hands, back and sides of neck, on the pillow, a few drops on a tissue or handkerchief and sniff oil.

Contraindications: Pregnant and breast feeding women, individuals on heavy medication or under medical treatment.

Caution: For external use only. Discontinue use immediately in case of a skin reaction. Can be used for children on a tissue or cloth to inhale but if used directly on the skin this preparation should be diluted further with 50% base oil (choose from our organic base oils). Use with caution with asthma.
